This website exists to help people navigate ILIVS and get clear answers to their questions. You may need a missing reference number, help understanding an insurance verification letter, an explanation of a plate suspension, or directions to the official payment page.
We do not charge for ILIVS assistance, and you do not need to buy insurance from us to receive help. If you need coverage, we would welcome the chance to insure your vehicle. If you keep another insurer or decline a quote, we will still answer your ILIVS questions.

Our licensed insurance agents are registered with ILIVS to electronically file and submit insurance information for our agency’s policyholders. We can report only policies purchased through our agency. We cannot file or submit insurance for people insured through other agencies.

Who does what in the ILIVS process?
The Illinois Secretary of State administers the insurance verification program, and ILIVS.com provides official case access and state payments. Pro Risk Solutions Inc. operates this separate assistance website. Our agents’ ILIVS registration allows insurance reporting for our policyholders; it does not make this website a government service or imply state endorsement.
If another agency provided your policy, ask that agency or insurer to submit the insurance verification. We can still help you understand the notice, locate a reference number after verifying ownership, and navigate the payment process. Our assistance has no charge. Any state reinstatement fee or insurance premium is separate.
